This exclusive event is by invitation only to the finest persons. We would love for everyone to come to everything, but unfortunately due to restricted space in the venues, we can't fit you all.
If you have an red All Access Ceremony pass, you get to come to everything! If you have a green Wedding Breakfast and Afterparty pass, please join us in the barn for lunch and speeches.
If you have a blue Afternoon and Evening Afterparty ticket, we'd like to invite you to join us for the whole afternoon rather than just the evening - when the speeches stop, the festival begins! Your tickets will show when you should arrive.
THE CEREMONY

The Ceremony will be held in the Old St. Mary’s Church ruin at the Clophill Eco Lodges (not the current church!).

The church is an open ruin, so please be prepared for the possibility of rain.
Parking on site will be extremely limited, so please park in the village if you are able. If you would like to park on site, please let us know.
We will provide confetti as it must be bio-degradable. The Ceremony will be followed by photos & drinks before we move to the reception venue.
THE RECEPTION
On arrival at the farm there will be drinks followed by the Wedding Breakfast. For those with children wishing to attend we will be in further contact about their requirements.
Afternoon and evening party guests should arrive from 3pm onwards, with street food being served for the evening meal. For our younger guests a good time to finish might be after the fire performance which starts at 8.30pm.
The party will continue until midnight for grown-ups or determined children. Although lunch is in the barn, we hope to be outdoors a lot, so please bring shoes for dancing on grass!

GIFTS
As we have been together for over 20 years, we already have all the household items we need! No gift is required, but if you would like to contribute towards the cost of a honeymoon it would be greatly appreciated.
HOTELS
There are only a few rooms on site at Newton Park Barn and we have many family members living close by, so we don't have any group arrangement for accommodation. There are two pubs in the nearby village that do have rooms available:

FAQ
What's the dress code?

Standard wedding garb, with shoes appropriate for outdoor dancing.

I'm glad you asked! We are planning on having circus entertainment including fire juggling in the evening, and an outdoor disco courtesy of Disco Shed.
